お越しいただいた皆さま、ありがとうございました🙏

お天気にも恵まれ、たくさんの方にお会いできて、とても楽しい一日となりました。

今回は、信頼するヒトトの仲間、コトラごはんの宍戸さんと一緒に出店しました。

南インド・マイソールで学んだお料理や、studio mysoreのことをたくさんの方に知っていただけて嬉しかったです。

当日のメニュー

🍋 レモンライス
猪苗代のつちや農園さんのひとめぼれ、無茶々園の無農薬レモン、郡山市のウェルカムファームさんのピーマン

🥥 野菜とココナッツのカレー
福島市・はるちゃんちの野菜のサンタルツァーノ（トマト）、郡山市・ウェルカムファームさんのにんじん、パプリカ、にんにく

🌿 ココナッツチャトニ
福島市・はるちゃんちの野菜のパクチーとミント、無茶々園の無農薬レモン

トッピングには、はるちゃんちの野菜のホーリーバジルを使いました。

生産者の皆さんが育てた野菜やお米、レモンのおかげで、おいしい南インド料理をお届けすることができました。

レモンライスも、またクッキングクラスで作りたいと思っています。

Thank you to everyone who came!

The weather was beautiful, and I had a wonderful day meeting so many people.

This time, I joined the market with Shishido-san from Kotora Gohan, a trusted friend from Hitoto.

I was happy to share the South Indian food I learned in Mysore, India, and introduce my studio, studio mysore.

Menu

🍋 Lemon Rice
Rice from Tsuchiya Nouen in Inawashiro, lemons from Muchachaen, and green peppers from Welcome Farm in Koriyama.

🥥 Vegetable & Coconut Curry
San Marzano tomatoes from Haru-chan Chi no Yasai in Fukushima City, and carrots, paprika, and garlic from Welcome Farm in Koriyama.

🌿 Coconut Chutney
Coriander leaves and mint from Haru-chan Chi no Yasai in Fukushima City, and lemons from Muchachaen.

I also used fresh holy basil from Haru-chan Chi no Yasai as a topping.

I’d like to make lemon rice again at a cooking class.
